We expect 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or are unable to attend, your scheduled individual or group tutoring session. That being said, we understand shorter notice in cases of sudden sickness or emergencies. Please give as much notice in these situations as possible.

Group tutoring sessions are kept small, between 2-5 students and are always scheduled for twice a week. All students in a group must be initially screened, and scores must report that all students fit well into a group together. Students must begin intervention at the same time, so that the group can progress and move forward together. Due to this, groups are only available when there are two or more students, with similar testing scores, beginning intervention.

Individual Sessions: For individual sessions, I am available to meet in a common location like the local public library. In most cases, I am able to meet at the student's home, as long as there is a quiet space and table, suitable to work.

Group Sessions: A common meeting location for group sessions is still being finalized.

Individual Sessions: If you are able to give notice of your expected absence, we will do our best to work with you and find another time during the week to reschedule your session.

Group Sessions: Since groups contain more than one student, if your student is absent from a group session, no rescheduling or make-up will be provided. For longer absences, such as a vacation, we will do our best to work with you and your student, to make sure they do not miss instruction and fall behind.
